Hanhua Attempting Asset Securitization, the First Precedent in Chongqing’s Small-loan Companies

Recently, Chongqing Hanhua Small-loan Company entrusts Galaxy Securities and issues asset securitization products, “Asset Supporting Special Plan of Galaxy Jinhui-Hanhua Small-loan”. The products above, having finished fund raising, are going to transfer and trade in the fixed income platform of Shanghai Stock Exchange. Hanhua will get 500 million financing through that product. This is the first time Chongqing’s small-loan company attempting asset securitization as well as the first asset securitization product in Shanghai Stock Exchange since the filling system is implemented, marking the formal start of “filling system era” of securities company’s asset securitization business.
