On January 11, 2019, top ten news of Loncin in 2018 were officially released--

I. Chairman Tu Jianhua was selected as one of the 100 outstanding private entrepreneurs over the past 40 years of reform and opening-up.

The year 2018 was the 40^th anniversary of reform and opening-up, and also the 40^th anniversary of the development of China’s private economy. In October, All-china Federation of Industry and Commerce released a list of 100 outstanding private entrepreneurs in Beijing over the past 40 years of reform and opening up in order to showcase their tremendous achievements in the development of private economy, showcase their outstanding achievements in building socialism with Chinese characteristics, and vigorously carry forward their outstanding entrepreneurship. Tu Jianhua, Chairman of Chongqing Federation of Industry and Commerce and Chairman of the Board of Loncin Holdings Co., Ltd.. In 2018, Chairman Tu Jianhua was also rated as one of the Top 10 Chinese Corporate Figures and the most influential person in China’s private economy for 40 years.

II. Tu Jianhua, Member of National Committee of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), published a signed article in the People’s Daily. The NPC and CPPCC proposals have been followed and reported by nearly 150 mainstream media.

In March, during the two sessions of the National People’s Congress, Tu Jianhua, Member of National Committee of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), published a signed article in the People’s Daily entitled “Five Passes Required for Transformation and Upgrading of Manufacturing Industry” to give a voice to the prosperity of real economy. Member Tu Jianhua also submitted seven proposals focusing on hot issues such as the transformation and upgrading of private manufacturing, talent strategy, scientific and technological innovation, standardized development of renewable resources and targeted poverty alleviation, etc. Nearly 150 mainstream media, including Banyuetan, Xinhuanet, People’s Daily, the CPPCC News, 21^st  Century Business Herald and Guangming Daily, paid close attention to and reported on the event.

III. As of 2018, Loncin has been among the top 500 Chinese enterprises for 17 consecutive years.

On September 2, China Enterprise Confederation and China Entrepreneurs Association released the list of 2018 China Enterprise 500 Series in Xi’an. Loncin Holdings ranked the 309^th  and jumped 54 places. It has been on the list for 17 consecutive years since the first ranking of China’s top 500 enterprises and has become the only private enterprise in Chongqing. The list of China’s top 500 manufacturing enterprises in 2018 was released at the same time, with Loncin Holdings ranking the 141^st and ranking the first among private manufacturing enterprises in Chongqing. In the list of China’s top 500 private enterprises in 2018, Loncin Holdings ranked the 122^nd , three places higher than last year.

IV. Chongqing Science and Technology Equipment Industry Chamber of Commerce was established, and Chairman Tu Jianhua was elected as the first President.

On September 28, Chongqing Science and Technology Equipment Industry Chamber of Commerce was founded and officially listed in China (Chongqing) “Civilian Army” Product and Technical Information Docking Meeting. Chairman Tu Jianhua was elected as the first President of Science and Technology Equipment Industry Chamber of Commerce. The members of Equipment Industry Chamber of Commerce came from automobile, special vehicles, software system development, big data, new materials and other current industries with the most promising development prospects, and strong advantage of collaborative development.

V. Loncin manufactured BMW 850cc engines and C400 vehicles in batches. Loncin motorcycle high-end brand “Voge” was released.

In 2018, Loncin deepened the cooperation with BMW. Loncin Motor built an intelligent factory and a digital workshop, and BMW 850cc engine and C400 vehicles were produced in batches. In September, at the 16^th China International Motorcycle Expo, Loncin motorcycle launched a new high-end brand “Voge”. Street car, sports car, vintage car, rally car and new energy car series appeared, and three blockbuster models were unveiled worldwide.

VI. Loncin Motor aviation equipment manufacturing new business achieved a major breakthrough.

In September 2018, XV-3 heavy-duty multi-purpose unmanned helicopter, built by Loncin Motor in combination with the concept of civil-military integration, successfully achieved the air launch of a missile in a test range in Northwest China. In October, XV-5 long-endurance multi-purpose unmanned helicopter achieved a new record of 4 hours and 50 minutes without ground effect. In December, the Company planned to acquire 66% equity of GoldYi Machinery with RMB 440 million yuan, involving in military business fields such as key parts of aerospace special equipment series.

VII. Chiho Environmental Protection won the Hong Kong Outstanding Enterprise Award and the Corporate Governance Excellence Award.

As a global leader in renewable metals and environmental protection, Chiho Environmental Protection is committed to environmental sustainability. In November, Chiho Environmental Protection won “Hong Kong Outstanding Enterprise Award”. In December, Chiho Environmental Protection won “Hong Kong Corporate Governance Excellence Award in 2018”. The honor reflected the international capital market’s and Hong Kong industry’s full recognition of Chiho Environmental Protection’s strength and growth potential.

VIII. Phase I project of Jinling Auto World was completed, and 24 auto 4S stores settled down.

In June 2018, Phase I project of Jinling Auto World was completed and opened to welcome guests, and 24 auto 4S stores settled down here to build a new landmark for car consumption and comprehensive service experience of car buyers. Jinling Auto World, located in Huilongwan, Nanan District, covered a land area of 198 mu and a building area of 130,000 square meters. The project integrated intelligence, technology and experience, and is committed to building a modern service platform with “Car as the Carrier, People as the Core and Internet as the Basis”.

IX. “Technology Finance” + “Industry  Finance”, Hanhua’s continuous innovation for small and micro enterprises

In 2018, Hanhua Inclusive Finance had more diversified business forms, and enabled small, medium and micro enterprises, with a clearer model by combining technology finance and industry finance. Hanhua has made great efforts in technology finance and grasped new opportunities of international financial cooperation. In November, the Launching Zone of China-Singapore Financial Technology Cooperation Demonstration Zone settled in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area, and jointly launched financial technology fund with China Soft Capital to focus on investment in financial technology innovation. Hanhua is committed to industry-finance cooperation, and has reached strategic cooperation with Xiaomi Group, OCBC Bank of Singapore, CITIC Zhengye, etc., in order to seek new scenes of platform mode cooperation.

X. Loncin Labor Union won the title of “National Advanced Enterprise Labor Union of Double Love and Double Appraisal” .

On December 20, the Labor Union of Loncin Holdings won the title of “National Advanced Enterprise Labor Union of Double Love and Double Appraisal” in the National Employment and Social Security Advanced Private Enterprise and the Win-win Commendation Conference of Caring for Employees co-sponsored by All-china Federation of Industry and Commerce, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and All-China Federation of Trade Unions. In 2018, Loncin continuously deepened the joint construction of the party and the workers, and the Party Committee was awarded as the Advanced Collective of Chongqing’s Publicity, Ideology and Culture from 2013 to 2017, and became the only private enterprise in our city to be commended. The Labor Union’s member Wang Liang, as the only workers’ representative of Jiulongpo District, attended the 17^th National Congress of Chinese Trade Unions. Jiang Ming, Member of Loncin Party Committee, was awarded the National Outstanding Trade Union Worker. Loncin Party-Masses Labor Union also carried out a series of recreational and sports activities with struggle as the theme, and organized the first marathon, Loncin family football league, “New Era, to Struggle” theme recitation competition, painting and calligraphy competition.
