Zhang Guoqing, Chongqing’s deputy municipal party secretary, together with Ding Hong, secretary of Municipal Party Committee of Jiulongpo District, and Shi Jidong, head of Jiulongpo District, paid a visit to Loncin Motor Co., Ltd. for investigation, learning about “Mass Line” campaign in the company. Gao Yong, chairman of Loncin Mortor Co., Ltd., Wu Yongjun, secretary of the party committee in Loncin, vice-presidents Ouyang Ping and Wang Lan received them.

Mr. Zhang firstly heard the report by Chairman Gao Yong of production and management, product research and market development of Loncin. Gao claimed that Loncin Motor has increased its R&D capacity and speed up the transformation and upgrading of products by increasing investment in science and technology. Innovation enhanced the market share of products because products with proprietary intellectual property rights own a strong competitiveness in the market and are popular in the international market. The company realized its goals of simultaneously increasing its scale, profit and employees’ income year after year. During the investigation, Zhang paid much attention to the construction and function of party members in Loncin, asking Wu about the building of the party organization and “Mass Line” campaigns of Loncin in detail. Wu introduced that as an excellent primary party organization in China, Loncin’s party members of its Party Committee set good examples in their positions and made great contributions. Zhang affirmed that, and gave vital instructions about how to develop the organizational building in party organizations of non-public economies. He emphasized that the company should deeply understand the spirit of “paying no attention to innovation is paying no attention to your future” mentioned in the speech of Secretary Sun Zhengcai, carry out market-oriented technological innovation, promote enterprise’s technical capacity and improve the sustainable development of the company.
